Price negotiation with suppliers
Manage suppliers quality during mass production

Merchandiser / $500-$1100

Purchase required materials
Coordinate communication between suppliers and stock managers
Follow up orders and delivery
Capacity and stock management

Decathlon will provide training to non-experienced recruited candidate

Decathlon Recruitment Campaign Step by Step

Step 1: Upload your CV on Top Job Cambodia

Create your new account or sign in on www.topjobcambodia.com. Visit your account page and upload your CV. The CV will be part of the final recruitment decision. Try to make it as good as you can!

Step 2: Upload your Selfie Video

Take a 1-minute Selfie Video in English and tell us why you are the right personality to join the Decathlon team. You can use a camera, a smartphone or what is best for you. Be creative to stand out!

Deadline for submission is 22 December 2014.

Share It, Collect Your Votes and WIN a Samsung Galaxy S5 !

Step 3: Share your Selfie Video on Social Media

After the deadline, we will upload all Selfie Videos on YouTube and send the link (url) to your personal e-mail. Share it on Facebook, share it on Twitter and ask your family and network to vote for you. Share it everywhere and try to collect as many votes as possible. The Selfie Videos with the most votes will win a Samsung Galaxy S5 or attractive other prizes!

Deadline for all votes is 12 January 2015.

Combining quality of your CV and the content of your Selfie Video, the 25 best candidates will be invited to spend a day full of activities, challenges and fun with the Decathlon Recruitment Team. At the end of the day, the final candidates will be hired on the spot!
