Business Development Executive
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Update cold call database
- Follow up action with emails, letters and brochures
- Secure appointments to present Ai portfolio and services to prospective clients
- Secure invitations for RFP/ Tenders
- Obtain client’s information, design brief and all necessary information
- Disseminate info to the team to participate in the submission
- Plan timelines to meet submission dates
- Identify, communicate and brainstorm client’s needs and requirements with the team to ensure in depth understanding of the project and respond accordingly
- Prepare minutes of meeting to be forwarded to the team for reference
- Circulate “Thank You” note and/or minutes of meeting to the client
- Ensure proper flow of all verbal and written communication with client and among team
- Prepare proposals, RFP and tender responses and to ensure proper submission
- Establish rapport with clients through frequent contacts for project development
- Attend all meetings from design brief till the completion of the project

• Strong industry network and contacts in commercial office design
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships
• Strong sales background
• Budgeting and quantity surveying experience a plus
• Prospecting and cold calling
• Outstanding verbal and written communications abilities
• Computer skills (MS Word / MS Power Point / MS Excel etc)
• Strong time management
• Preparation and presentation of quotations and tenders together with in house QS
• Able to communicate in English
• Experience as a Business Development Executive
