Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
Summary of Position
One of the world’s largest fashion retailers with eight brands and over 6,460 stores throughout the world is looking for a Corporate Social Responsibilty Manager.
The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager is responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin a company’s Corporate Social Responsibility objectives.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in social compliance monitoring/auditing and/or involved in CSR related development projects.
English-Highly proficient in all Reading,Writing Listening and Speaking.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy in Cambodia
- Knowledge of the company’s supply chain in Cambodia
- Provide planning, execution and monitoring support in SCR projects/auditors in Cambodia
- Implement in the company’s supply chain: the company Code of Conduct for external manufactures and suppliers as well as local labor law, health and safety laws an International Human Rights standard and protocols
- Coordinate and train social audits and auditors, visits, projects with factories/suppliers for Cambodia
- Develop correction action plans in the company’ssupply chain
- Conduct training and awareness programs among stakeholders/target groups in the course of various Corporate Social Responsibility projects
- Assist in collaboration with multi- stakeholders groups – local unions. NGO´s, universities for the purpose of any Corporate Social Responsibility project
- Report to Headquarters on all audits, projects and activities in Cambodia

- Bachelor degree in Economics/Engineering/Law/ Social Sciences
- Proficient in audit findings analysis and report writing
- Organization skill for meetings/training workshops
- Presentation and public training skill is an advantage
- SA 8000/OHSAS 18000/ISO 9000 auditor course would be valuable
- Strict adherence to timelines/deadlines
