Facilities Technician
Summary of Position
LHN Group: Currently, we are looking for a Facilities Technician.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist the Facilities Executive/Officer in carrying out technical aspect of the estate maintenance program.
- To work closely with all M&E service providers in carrying out preventive maintenance on all assets within the estate during the DLP.
- To carry out handyman duties like simple repairs and rectification works not covered by DLP.
- To carry out utilities meter readings.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity
- Possess initiative, willingness to learn
- Independent, Team player with good communication and hands-on skills
