LHN Group: Currently, we are looking for a Facilities Technician.

• To assist the Facilities Executive/Officer in carrying out technical aspect of the estate maintenance program.
• To work closely with all M&E service providers in carrying out preventive maintenance on all assets within the estate during the DLP.
• To carry out handyman duties like simple repairs and rectification works not covered by DLP.
• To carry out utilities meter readings.

• Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity
• Possess initiative, willingness to learn
• Independent, Team player with good communication and hands-on skills
