HR & Admin Executive / Asst. Manager
Summary of Position
Arrow Shipping Agency Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position HR & Admin Executive / Asst. Manager. HR & Admin Executive / Asst. Manager will responsible for monitor and manage Human Resources and Administration function.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare employee recruitment, rotation, promotion and termination processes agree with Company needed for PNP and Sihanouk
- Create and maintain personnel administration data through HRIS for PNP and Sihanouk
- Monitor employee daily absence
- Control employee leave balance
- Calculate employee working overtime, verify medical claims, verification attendance allowance for monthly salary payment for PNP and Sihanouk
- Prepare monthly employee salary for PNP and Sihanouk
- Calculate monthly employee income tax and prepare income tax report for PNP and Sihanouk
- Prepare monthly employee insurance premium (workmen compensation) for PNP and Sihanouk
- Create and send for approval for salary, income tax, insurance premium and other employee cost through SAP
- Manage employee training program
- Control implementation of company policy and procedures
- Prepare Monthly Employee Report for PNP and Sihanouk
- Prepare monthly payroll and annual payroll budget
- Prepare reconciliation for annual income tax payment, Social Security Fund

- Hands on in recruitment, performance management, training, payroll
- Contact with government for tax and social securitiy fund
