Company Background – The increasing demand for organic vegetables in Cambodia, led Green O Farm (GOF) to venture into the organic field in 2009. In 2012, GOF shifted their farm operations to Kampong Speu province, after persuading local farmers from six villages to join hands with company. About 80 farmers are growing and providing fresh organic vegetables to GOF. In effect about 400 people in these six villages have been engaged in this organic production.

HR Officer

GREEN O FARM: Currently, we are looking for an HR Officer.
កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures to staff
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Screening potential job candidates on experience, skills, and education
- Prepare monthly staff payroll
- Perform administrative tasks
- Oversee employee health and safety procedures
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Update job requirements when needed
- Contact applicant’s references
- Perform criminal background checks required by company
- Cover all legal compliance for human resource requirements of Cambodia Labor Ministry
- Answer employee questions and addressing employee concerns
- Review procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Represent employer in community and recruiting events
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
- Create, update, and maintain personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases
- Monitor and control of all circulars, regulations and announcements received from authority and government
- Update office policies and procedures
- Perform others task required by manager
