Our client is into Industrial business in Cambodia and many other countries as well. They are looking for a Personal Assistant who will assist day-to-day operations for the GM in charge. He/She will be based in Phnom Penh.
កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the line manager
- Booking and arranging travel, visa, transport and accommodation, occasionally traveling with the line manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Other miscellaneous tasks to support the line manager
